Security & Safety

The most important aspects for security and safety is planning and equipment. If you get these correct, the only thing that can go wrong is accidental. Always let someone know where you are going, the route you are taking and the general direction you will travel. Local rescue services can give you up-to-date information on conditions in their locality.
